Description

As a hopeless romantic, I thought I would make a collage of tragedies in love. To me, the tragic romance is the most beautiful of love stories despite the sadness. The pairs here are :

* Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl of the Aztecs,
* Ceyx and Alcyone of Greece,
* Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai : The Butterfly Lovers from China,
* Romeo and Juliet, and...
* Nezumi-Otoko (Rat-man) & Caroline from the film Gegege no Kitarō: Gekitotsu!! Ijigen Yōkai no Daihanran. I know it would be considered pedophilia because she (Caroline) is only a child and Nezumi is a adult, 360-year-old half-yokai. To me, she's (Caroline) the only one to love him despite his looks and almost-bio-hazardous stink. And they're my first "cracked" pairing

Aaah this is awesome! Especially because it not only has Gegege no Kitaro, but also Aztecs, and tragic romances...I love everything about this

edit: I hadn't heard about Ceyx and Alcyone before either! Very cool.
